医学联络官与In-field insights
In-fieldinsights：他们是什么？为什么制药公司需要他们？当被问及医学联络官做什么时，很多有抱负的医学联络官认为：是教育者，并和学术带头人讨论治疗领域的新进展。医学联络官的基本职责是实现临床数据共享，以及医学事务中的教育培训。然而，许多有抱负的（甚至是一些成熟的）医学联络官忘记的最重要的事情是，每一次交流都应该是双向的。
为什么医药代表和MSL应该联手？
虽然如今制药企业和医疗保健专业人员（HCPs）的互动有了更多的选择，比如数字渠道，但是医药代表的个人拜访依然是最主要的方式，不过，近年来药企的这种个人拜访模式又多了一个岗位，那就是MSL（医学联络官）。
